  • Accompany the students in their internship search



Activate the internship search period

  1. Go to the display Internships > Internship sessions de stage >  List.
  2. Create an internship session then double-click in the box Periods of internship research > Authorize.
  3. Modify the beginning and ending dates of your search if necessary.


Designate an internship search referent per class

  1. Go to the display Internships > Internship session >  List.
  2. Select the concerned internship session from the list: the list of associated classes appears on the right.
  3. Double-click in the column Intern. Srch. Refer. then select the referent.


Activate the internship search on the Students Webspace

  1. Go to the display Internet Webspace >Students >  Parameters of the Students Webspace.
  2. In the tree structure, tick Internship > Search.


Configure the list of steps to be taken

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > Internships > Internship search.
  2. By default, there are three approaches (Preparation, Candidature, Internship found) but you can add some if necessary.
  3. By default, it is up to the student to enter the approach in PRONOTE; by double-clicking in the column Author > Referent, allows you, the research referent to enter follow-up elements instead of the student.



  4. Select an approach: the associated steps appear on the right - if necessary, you can add other steps.
  5. To specify which steps should appear first in the drop-down menu when adding a follow-up element, tick the corresponding By default box.


Consult the follow-up elements added by the students

  1. Go to the display Internships > Internship search > Internship search.
  2. Select the concerned internship session from the drop-down menu.



  3. Deploy the folder of the concerned student then select an approach from the list; to consult a sent document (CV or cover letter for example), click on the icon then select Attachments > Consult the attachment/Recover the attachment.


Have exchanges with the student about their research

  1. Go to the display Internships > Internship search > Internship search.
  2. Select the concerned internship session from the drop-down menu.

  3. Click on the button then click on Begin a discussion.



  4. In the pop-up window, you can start a discussion with the student, their guardians and/or their homeroom teacher.


Save the internship found by the student 

  1. Go to the display Internships > Internship search > Internship search.
  2. Select the concerned internship session from the drop-down menu.
  3. If a student found their internship, they normally entered the corresponding information (approach Internship found).
  4. Select the line Internship found, then click on Create an internship with the company data.
  5. In the pop-up window, complete the company form, then click on Validate.
  6. In the confirmation window that appears, click on Yes: the internship is automatically added to the list of assigned internships in the display Internships > Trainees >  List.
