  • Publish internship agreements on the Parents and Students Webspaces

  1. Go to the display Internships > Trainees > Internship form.
  2. Select the internship session from the drop-down menu, and the concerned trainee from the list: the associated internship appears on the right-hand side of the screen.



  3. Click on the button in the top right-hand corner to modify the internship.



  4. In the pop-up window, click on the tab Attachments.
  5. Click on Add a document, then select Internship agreement.



  6. Select the file saved on your computer (file < 1.95 MB): a window Attachment optimization is displayed.
  7. If the document format is suitable, click on Attach the document; in some cases, compression options may also be available.



  8. The document is added to the list: click on Validate to exit the window.

    If necessary, you can modify the document designation by double-clicking in the column Displayed designation.
    To manage the publication/un-publication of internship agreements, click on the button in the column Type of document.
