Publish internship agreements on the Parents and Students Webspaces
- Go to the display Internships > Trainees >
Internship form.
- Select the internship session from the drop-down menu, and the concerned trainee from the list: the associated internship appears on the right-hand side of the screen.
- Click on the button
in the top right-hand corner to modify the internship.
- In the pop-up window, click on the tab Attachments.
- Click on Add a document, then select Internship agreement.
- Select the file saved on your computer (file < 1.95 MB): a window Attachment optimization is displayed.
- If the document format is suitable, click on Attach the document; in some cases, compression options may also be available.
- The document is added to the list: click on Validate to exit the window.
If necessary, you can modify the document designation by double-clicking in the column Displayed designation.To manage the publication/un-publication of internship agreements, click on the buttonin the column Type of document.
