Propose internship offers
Entering internship offers is not compulsory: it's a way of helping students with their research, while delegating some of the data entry to companies. Internship offers can be entered by the institution or by the internship counselor via the Company Webspace. Students can consult them from the Students Webspace (but do not respond to them: the institution assigns internships).
Step 1: Enter the offers
- Go to the display Internships > Companies >
Internship offers. - Select a company from the list on the left, then click on Create an internship offer on the right of the screen.
- In the pop-up window, enter the offer information, then click on Validate.
The field Number of job positions offered prevents the creation of duplicate announcements when the company can accommodate several trainees.
Step 2: Authorize students to consult offers
- Go to the display Internet Webspace > Students >
Parameters of the Students Webspace. - In the tree structure, tick Internship > Companies.
