Define an internship session
Step 1: Define an internship session
- Go to the display Internships > Internship sessions >
List. - Click on the creation line, enter a designation and validate with the key Enter.
- In the pop-up window, click and drag on the calendar to paint the internship period, and validate.
- Enter the elements of the pedagogical appendix by double-clicking in the corresponding columns.
- In the right-hand panel, click on the add line and, in the pop-up window, tick the classes concerned by the internship.
- Cancel courses during the internship session: double-click in the column EDT, then click Yes in the pop-up window. A course absence is entered in EDT for the entire internship period, and classes are canceled.
If you still wish to be able to enter absences during the internship, tick the option Authorize the entry of absences for the days of internship in the menu Parameters > ABSENCES AND ROLL CALLS > Options.
