How to authorize the export of Student Administration data to our institution's digital workspace (ENT).
To display Student Administration data on your digital workspace (ENT) homepage, you must:
- configure CAS authentication delegation in the hosting console,
- authorize the export of this data (menu Imports/Exports > DW platform > Exporting Student Administration data to a DW (ENT), tick Authorize export of Student Administration data to a DW (ENT)).
The concerned Student Administration data is:
- the student's grades and acquisition of competences levels over the last 7 days,
- the course content from the last 7 days and associated assignments for the next 7 days,
- the Student Administration events from the last 30 days,
- the number of unread PRONOTE discussions, information, and surveys,
- the iCal link to the operational timetables (weekly timetables) for the next 4 weeks.
