  • An error message "Identification impossible" is displayed when a user tries to connect to PRONOTE via ENT...

To enable you to intervene, the user encountering this problem must fill in the error message form, then click on the button Send.
  1. Go to the display Communication > Identity management >  Resolving of interconnection failures.
  2. Select the appropriate identity provider from the drop-down menu.



  3. If there is an interconnection problem, the user's DW (ENT) ID appears in the list, with the entry To be solve in the column Status.



  4. Select the concerned user, then follow the instructions on the right of the screen to solve the problem.
