A user's CAS identifier is erroneous. How can it be changed?
 
- From a Client PRONOTE, go to the display Communication > Identity management > 
 Authentication delegation. - Select CAS in the first drop-down menu.
 - select the user type in the second drop-down menu and tick the option Only those not reconciled.
 - Double-click in the column Identity provider username, enter the identifier in the pop-up window, then validate.
 
To reconcile a user's CAS identifier manually, you must be a user in the Administration group.
