Delegate authentication to the Webspaces to a CAS server (hosted mode)
Delegated authentication allows users to connect to their PRONOTE Webspace without having to authenticate themselves if they have already authenticated via their DW (ENT).
- Connect to the hosting console from the shortcut on your desktop, or via the command Hosting > Access the hosting console.
- In the panel Server PRONOTE, verify that the base is active.
- In the panel PRONOTE.net, verify that the base is not published.
- In the same panel PRONOTE.net, go to the tab Delegate the authentication and click on the button
of CAS Protocol: a window appears.
- Select your DW (ENT) in the drop-down menu: the authentication and validation URL are displayed below; click on Validate.
If your DW (ENT) is not on the list, keep the manual configuration and enter the URL where the CAS server runs. - Click in the column Active, in front of the name of the delegation: automatically, this is allocated to all the Webspaces in the table below.
- If you have users who do not use the DW (ENT) to login, click on the column None for the corresponding connection modes.
For delegation to work for the Common Page, all Webspaces must be ticked.
