How to recover the MCQ from one year to the next
The base administrator and authorized staff can recover some of the MCQ via the menu command Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover the data from a PRONOTE base.
By ticking Pedagogical resources > Shared with the students, you recover the MCQ added to the pedagogical resources.
By ticking Pedagogical resources > Shared with the teachers, you recover the MCQ from the institution's library.
For their part, teachers can also save their MCQ from the Teachers Webspace or from the Client via the command Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Safeguard my MCQ, progressions and appraisals in a file. To be recovered in the new base at the beginning of the year, the *.zip safeguard file must have been generated at the end of the previous year.
