PRONOTE - How to archive homework notebooks

Support PRONOTE

At any time, teachers can save their homework notebook:

by printing (output PDF) the summary every week,
or by transforming it into a progression for reuse the following year (from a Client PRONOTE only).

As an administrator, you can also generate a PDF for the homework notebook of a class from the display Homework notebook > Planning >

Homework notebooks' schedule.

Selecta class (selection by group or teacher is also possible via the drop-down menu).
Select the subject(s) for which you wish to archive the homework notebook.
Select the wanted weeks from the week slider (you can also select a specific day/period from the drop-down menu).
Click on the button at the top left of the menu bar: a window Printing of the homework notebooks' schedule appears.
Select the output type PDF.
In the tab Content, select the columns to be printed and the space to be allocated to them, then click on Generate.
