  • How to limit the entry of assignments outside of classes?


You can prohibit teachers from posting assignments on certain time slots, or dissuade them by sending a notification.
  1. Go to the display Resources > Teachers >  Authorization profiles.
  2. Select the concerned profile then deploy the rubric Homework notebook.
  3. Tick the box Limit the entry of assignments outside of the courses, then click on the button .



  4. In the pop-up window, choose an option:
    • Prohibit,
    • Report with a message - to configure the content of the notification, click on the button .



  5. Tick the situations in which this configuration should apply:
    • the days following the course,
    • during the holidays/not working days and the school vacations.
