How to use customized grading periods
Customized grading periods allow you to calculate mock exam averages.
Create a customized grading period
- Go to the menu Parameters > Institution > Grading periods.
- To add a new period, click on the button .
- Enter a designation (for example, mock Brevet exam) then press the key Enteron your keyboard.
- Enter the date of the beginning of the period and click on Validate, or click on the button No date; repeat the operation for the date at the end of the period.
- Designate the classes concerned by this grading period, then click on Validate.
Evaluate the students over a customized grading period
To evaluate students over a customized grading period, select the concerned period from the drop-down menu, then create the corresponding tests or competence evaluations.
