Enter and transmit the evaluation grades specific to Non-linguistic disciplines NLD (DNL)

1. Go to Resources > Groups > Services per group.
2. If the concerned services are not already labeled as DNL services, you must indicate this. To do this, double-click in the EM column on the right-hand side of the window, then select D-DNL as the election modality.
   
   
   
   
3. For each DNL service, right-click, then Create the tests for specific NLD evaluation.
   
   
   
   
4. Go to Grades > Entry of grades: a personalized period and two tests corresponding to the NLD evaluation criteria were automatically created.
   
   
   Teachers can enter grades in the same way as for normal tests. It is essential for the transmission to enter grades on these tests and not on manually created tests.
   
   
   
   
   

Publish the tests on the Webspaces

1. Go to Parameters > INSTITUTION > Grading periods.
2. If you want students to know their grades for the period created, tick the column Publish for the Parents and Students Webspaces.
   
   
   
   
   

Transmit the NLD grades to the school transcript

1. Go to Results > School transcript >   School record form.
2. You'll find each student's evaluation grades in his/her school transcript.
   
   
   
   
3. To print the school transcript, click on the button from the top toolbar.
4. At the bottom of the print window, click on Preview.
5. The two evaluation grades, together with the final grade calculated by LSL, appear in the transcript.
