Create a sub-service

  1. Go to the display Resources > Classes > Services per class.
  2. Right-click on the service and choose Create a sub-service: a window appears.
  3. In the pop-up window, enter the sub- subject corresponding to the sub-service, or create one if it doesn't exist, then select it and click on the button Create the corresponding sub-service.

Transform a service into a sub-service

Group service

  1. Go to the display Resources > Classes > Services per class.
  2. Make sure there's a full-class service; if necessary, create one.
  3. Select the group service, right-click and choose Affiliate the group service.
  4. In the pop-up window, double-click in the column Affiliate service, then designate the service as a full class.

Full-class service

To transform a full-class service into a sub-service, you need to merge it with its parent service, just as you would to create a co-teaching service.

Then remove the co-teaching status: select the service, right-click, then select the command Modify the selected services > Delete the co-teaching: the icon disappears.

Transform a sub-service into a service

  1. Go to the display Resources > Classes > Services per class.
  2. Select the sub-service, right-click and select Transform the sub-service into a service.
  3. In the pop-up window, select a subject and validate.
  4. In the pop-up window, click on Yes: the sub-service is transformed into a service.

Transfer the tests/evaluations from one service to another

If the tests or evaluations have been mistakenly entered in two different services, you must transfer the tests or evaluations from the second service to the first (and then, if necessary, deactivate or delete the unnecessary service).

Transfer the tests (grades)

  1. Go to the display Resources > Classes > Services per class.
  2. Select the class, then the service.
  3. Right-click, then select Extract the tests: you are automatically directed to the display Grades > Entry of grades > List.
  4. Select the tests, right-click and choose Change the service of the selected tests.
  5. In the pop-up window, select the new service and validate.
  6. If necessary, deactivate the service or delete it.

Transfer the evaluations (competencies)

  1. Go to the display Resources > Classes > Services per class.
  2. Select the class, then the service.
  3. Right-click, then select Extract the evaluations: you are automatically directed to the display Competencies > Evaluations > List of evaluations of the academic year.
  4. Select the evaluations, right-click and choose Modify > Service.
  5. In the pop-up window, select the new service and validate.
  6. If necessary, deactivate the service without evaluation or delete it.

Managing the co-teaching services

Add a co-teacher (or substitute) to a service

  1. Go to the display Resources > Classes > Services per class.
  2. Select the class the co-teacher teaches from the list on the left.
  3. Select the service, right-click and choose Modify the selected services > Add a co-teacher.
  4. In the pop-up window, tick the teacher and validate: the service is displayed with the co-teaching icon.

Merging two services into one co-teaching service

To merge two services into one co-teaching service, the same subject must have been assigned to both services. Before doing so, assign both services to a generic subject - "Artistic Education", "Bac Pro Specialty", for example - or modify only the subject of the second service to bring it into line with that of the first.
  1. Go to the display Resources > Classes > Services per class.
  2. Select the concerned class.
  3. Modify the subject of the 1st and/or 2nd service by double-clicking in the column Subject/Sub-subject.
  4. Select the two services, right-click and select Merge into a co-teaching service.
  5. In the pop-up window, select the teacher responsible for the service.
  6. If necessary, double-click in the column Subject/Sub-subject to specify sub-subject names for the service; you can add new sub-subjects as required.
