  Some teachers have trouble distinguishing the colored dots of the proficiency levels. What can I do to help them?

You can choose between:

• replace the dots with letters for all users from the menu Parameters > Evaluation > Proficiency levels;
• encourage these teachers to activate the mode accessible from their Webspace (menu My data > Account), or replace the colored dots with letters in the menu My preferences > Display > General.
