Extract data
In PRONOTE, "data extraction" means displaying only this data in the list. Data extraction makes lists easier to read and manipulate.
- Conduct a multi-selection for the data to be extracted.
- Activate the command of the menu Extract > Extract the selection, or use the shortcut Ctrl + X: carry out the wanted manipulations on this reduced list.
At the bottom left of the list, a counter shows the number of lines displayed and the total number of lines in the list. Don't worry, no data has disappeared!
- To redisplay the entire list, activate the command Extract > Extract all or use the shortcut Ctrl + T.
