What's the difference between «making an archive» and «creating a copy of the database»?
When you create an archive, all the data associated with the database (photos, documents sent, etc.) are brought together in a single file. This file has a .zip or .archs extension, depending on the option you choose.
An archive is particularly suitable for the long-term preservation of data.
The copy of a database has a .not extension, and is used to manipulate data for a specific need (for example, to modify a previous year's base from PRONOTE Single-user).
