How can I tell the difference between links pinned to the top of the page and links in the rubric Useful links?

In the display Internet Webspace > Institution > Institution, tab Header, verify that the option Links pinned at the top of the page is activated.

In the display Internet Webspace > Common parameters >

Common parameters, double-click in the column Institution's page then tick the option Published - Pinned to top of page.
