Manually archive the base in service
- Go to the menu File > Make an archive and choose one of these two options:
- compressed (.zip): the folder can be unpacked and explored manually,
- encrypted (.archs): no item in the folder can be read unless the archive is recovered in PRONOTE.
You're now in Exclusive Usage mode: once you've made your changes, remember to save them and exit Exclusive Usage mode.
- In the pop-up window, select the folder where you want to save the *.zip file, tick the data you want to add (photos, standard letters, etc.) and click on Save.
