PRONOTE - We have not chosen PRONOTE hosted mode. How do we create a manual archive?

Whether you use PRONOTE in hosted mode or not, you can save safeguards and archives manually, if you have an account of the type Administration.

Go to the menu File > Make an archive:
- compressed (*.zip): the folder can be unpacked and explored manually,
- encrypted (*.archs): no item in the file can be read without the archive being recovered in PRONOTE.
  
  You will then switch to Exclusive Usage mode: Once you have made your modifications, remember to save and exit the Exclusive Usage mode.

In the pop-up window, select the folder where you want to save the *.zip file, tick the data you want to add (photos, standard letters, etc.) and click on Save.
