Publish the Internet Webspaces
For Internet Webspaces to be accessible to users, you need to verify the publication of the Server PRONOTE.net and the Webspaces themselves. If your institution uses the services of a Digital workspace DW (ENT), consult the resources devoted to integrating Webspaces into a DW using a CAS, Ws-Federation or EduConnect protocol.
Publication of the Server PRONOTE.net
In hosted mode, the publication of the base is automatic. To stop or relaunch the publication, connect to the hosting console (shortcut installed on your desktop or the command Hosting > Access the hosting console from a Client) then go to panel PRONOTE.net (button Shut down the publication or Publish the base).
Verify that the mention Published base appears on the PRONOTE.net Server administration page.
Publication des Webspaces
- Go to the display Internet Webspace > Common parameters >
Common parameters.
- Verify the list of published Webspaces: double-click in the column Published to activate (green tick) or deactivate the concerned Webspaces.
Published Webspaces are also displayed on your home page. You can verify published Webspaces at a glance, and stop or resume publication with a single click.
For Internet Webspaces to be accessible to users, you must also verify that users are authorized to access them:
- Teachers Webspace: in the display Internet Webspace > Teachers>
Parameters of the Teachers Webspace, select the concerned profile from the drop-down menu, then verify that the box In PRONOTE.net (Teachers Webspace) is ticked.
- Student Administration Webspace: in the display Internet Webspace > Student Administration >
Student Administration Webspace parameters, select the concerned profile from the drop-down menu, then verify that the box Via the Student Administration Webspace is ticked.
- Parents Webspace: in the display Resources > Guardians >
Information form, verify the authorizations of the guardians - if the option Access to Parents Webspace is deactivated, double-click on the red cross to activate it (by default, guardians with the status Contact do not have access to the Parents Webspace).
- Teaching Assistants Webspace: in the display Resources > Staff >
List, verify in the column Job function that all teaching assistants have the type Teaching Assistant (otherwise, staff will not be able to access the Teaching Assistants Webspace).
