  On what date was last year's archive produced?

The last archive of the previous year is saved in mid-July.

At the beginning of the year, you recover the data it contains via the command Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover the data from a PRONOTE base. If necessary, this archive can be replaced by another file using the command Hosting > Manage the previous years' bases.
