Simplified modification
Simplified modification primarily concerns data exports to LSL and Parcousup; it also allows you to modify certain basic data, such as resource lists, homework notebooks or bulletin mock-ups, for example.
- Connect to PRONOTE; in the connection window, select the base of a past year from the drop-down menu.
- An orange border indicates that you are connected to a previous year's database; if you wish to modify certain data, click on the button Activate the modification.
- A confirmation window appears: click on Yes.
- The orange border displays the message Previous year in process of modification: you can modify the base.
- Once you have completed your changes, click on Quit: a confirmation window appears.
- Click on Yes to save; you are automatically taken back to the PRONOTE connection window.
Standard modification
In the standard modification mode, all data in the base can be modified; once you've made your changes, don't forget to reload the base on your hosted Server PRONOTE.
- Connect to PRONOTE; in the connection window, select the base of a past year from the drop-down menu.
- An orange border indicates that you are connected to a previous year's database; go to File > Create a copy of the base and save this copy on your workstation.
- Go to the Index Education website and download the Single-user version of PRONOTE..
- Open the copy of the base with PRONOTE Single-user, then make the wanted changes; save your changes.
- Connect to Client PRONOTE again, then go to Hosting > Manage the previous years' bases.
- Double-click in the column PRONOTE files for the previous year, then select the copy of the base with your modifications.
