Report cards
With the command Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover the data from a PRONOTE base, you can recover report card templates, evaluations saved in the data entry assistant, etc. The report cards themselves are not recovered via this command. The recovery process is automatic; in principle, you don't need to do anything to recover these documents. If the report cards are not displayed, please wait a few days: generating them sometimes takes a little longer for certain institutions.
Discussions
Only discussions archived in the previous year can be recovered at the start of the incoming year. If necessary, go back to the previous year's base to archive the concerned discussions, then log back into the current year's base to recover them.
Information & surveys
Only information and survey templates can be recovered at the start of the incoming year. If necessary, return to the previous year's database to convert the relevant information and surveys into templates, then log back into the current year's database to recover them.
Documents deposited in the digital lockers
Only documents deposited in the digital lockers of staff and teachers can be recovered.
Documents collected from the families
To recover the documents collected from families, activate the command Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover the documents provided by the parents, then specify the collections you want to recover.
