How can I complete the base with data that does not come from PRONOTE or EDT?
You can import data into PRONOTE from an Excel file or any other spreadsheet by copying and pasting (or via the command Imports/Exports > TXT/CSV/XML > Import a text file).
- In your spreadsheet, select the data to be imported and copy it using the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + C.
- In PRONOTE, go to the list you wish to import, then paste the data using the shortcut Ctrl + V: the import window opens.
- Proceed with the data matching:
- In the drop-down menu at the top left of the window, verify that the type of data to be imported is correct;
- Select the field separator Tabulation;
- Associate each column with a PRONOTE rubric by clicking on the arrow. If a column is not to be imported, keep Field ignored;
- Tick the option Do not import the x first lines if your file contains one or more title lines, and change the number in the drop-down menu accordingly.
If you plan to import again at a later date, save the format: PRONOTE generates a document that you can load the next time, eliminating the need to redo column matching.
- Click on Import.
