Report an incident
- Go to Disciplinary procedures> Incidents.
- Click on the button Report a new incident.
- In the pop-up window, enter:
- the date,
- the time,
- the motive for the incident,
- the severity,
- the location,
- the details of the circumstances.
- If necessary, you can also attach a document by clicking the button
. - Click on the button Next.
- In this second step, identify the people involved: the perpetrator(s), the witness(es), and the victim(s). Click on the button Next.
- Finally, describe the actions taken by the institution, then click the button Validate.
Notify the pedagogical team
- Once the incident has been entered, select it from the list on the left; the incident report will appear on the right.
- In the rubric Send information (at the bottom of the screen), click on the button Distribute.
- In the pop-up window, verify the list of recipients. By default, the information is sent to members of the pedagogical team and the PEC for the student's grade level.
- If can add an attachment by clicking the button
. - The option with acknowledgment of receipt is ticked by default: Recipients will be asked to confirm that they have read the information. You will be able to consult the read receipts.
- The box Publish is also ticked by default. Define the period during which the information should remain visible by clicking on the two calendars. If you un-tick the box Publish, you can save the information as a draft in the next step.
In addition to the dates, you can specify the time the information was published. - Depending on the choice you made in step 9, click on the button Publish or Create the draft.
Consult the acknowledgments of receipt
- Go to Communication > Information & surveys.
- In the menu on the left, click on Distributed, then select the information from the list: the content of the information appears on the right side of the screen.
- Click on the button View the responses: PRONOTE displays the percentage of acknowledgments of receipt received by recipient type (teachers, staff, etc.).
