  • How do I add my signature to the bottom of a letter?

You can add your hand written signature at the end of the document by scanning it and then importing the file into PRONOTE:

Step 1: Import the scanned signatures

  1. Go to the menu Parameters > institution > Signatures.
  2. Click to the left on the creation line.
  3. Enter a designation for the signature and validate with the key Enter.
  4. On the right, click on the button Add and, in the pop-up window, select the signature file (*.bmp, *.jpeg, *.jpg, *.png).

To ensure that the signature looks neither too small nor too large, the image file should be approximately 100 px (height) x 250 px (width).

Step 2: Insert a signature at the bottom of a standard letter

  1. Go to the display Communication > Mail and Documents >  Templates.
  2. Select a standard letter from the list on the left.
  3. Position the cursor where you want to add the signature and click on the button Insert > Signatures.

You can also insert your signature at the bottom of a report card in the display Report cards > Mock-ups >  Specification.
