  • Publish the Scholastic enrollment certificate

A Scholastic enrollment certificate downloadable by families is provided by default. You can customize its content and define how it is published on the Webspaces.

Step 1: Customize the certificate

  1. Go to the display Communication > MAIL AND DOCUMENTS > Templates.
  2. In the drop-down menu, filter the list of documents in Guardians, then select the document Scholastic enrollment certificate.



  3. If necessary, modify the certificate content on the right-hand side of the screen - to insert tags, click on Insert.


Step 2: Publish the certificate

  1. Go to the display Communication > MAIL AND DOCUMENTS > Templates then select the document Scholastic enrollment certificate.



  2. In the tab Publication, tick the box Make the document downloadable between the [...] and the [...] then define a period using the two calendars.
  3. Define the guardians who will have access to this certificate:
    • either all the guardians (option All)
    • or the people whose names you tick (option nominative)
    • or those corresponding to the criteria you define (option By combination of criteria).



  4. Tick Notify the recipients then click on the icon  to configure the content of the notification.
