How can I access Maileva's paperless mail service from the software?
The dematerialized mail service enables authorized users to send mail in just two clicks. Mail is forwarded to La Poste, who then prints, envelopes, stamps and delivers it. Mail tracking is carried out from the software. To use the Maileva service, you must register with Index Education.
- Go to the menu File > Access the registration form for sending via Maileva, or go to the Index Education website.
- Click on the button Subscribe to the service.
- Fill in the registration form, then click on the button Send.
- In the pop-up window, verify your data, then click on the button Confirm.
- To confirm your registration, please print out the form (in PDF or HTML format) using the links on the summary page. Return it, dated, signed and stamped, to Index Education by e-mail or post.
Once your request has been registered by our services, you will receive an e-mail Subscription to MAILEVA's mail dispatch service to the address indicated on the form. The form in PDF format and the link to the HTML version are also included in this e-mail. - Once confirmed, you need to update your software license via the command File > Utilities > Automatically register your license.
