How to recover last year's templates
Recover all document templates
To recover all document templates from a previous year, go to the menu Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover the data from a PRONOTE base, select the concerned year, then tick Communications > Templates (Mail and Documents)
Only recover the necessary templates
- Go to the display Communication > Mail and documents >
Templates. - Click on the button Recover the templates.
- In the pop-up window, select the concerned year.
- Only tick the templates you want to recover, then click on Validate.
