How can I customize the text for the default SPC (PPMS) alerts?

By default, there are five SPC (PPMS) alerts (Lockdown, Fire, Flood, Nuclear, Tsunami) as well as a neutral alert (Alert).

Go to the menu Parameters > General > SPC (PPMS). Select the alert to be modified from the list of existing templates, then customize the text on the right. Click on the button Visualize the notification at bottom right to see the message displayed.
