How can I authorize users to initiate SPC (PPMS) alerts?
For teachers and users of Student Administration Mode, go to the display Resources > Teachers/Staff > 
Authorization profiles. Select the profile from the list on the left, then, in the category Communication, tick Initiate the alerts.
