Setting off a SPC (PPMS) alert
 
- Click on the button 
 in the tool bar. - From the drop-down menu, select the alert template.
 - Customize the text if necessary.
 - By default, all teachers and staff are recipients, but you can modify the list by clicking on the button 
. - Click on Send.
 - In the following window, you can:
- either conclude the alert;
 - or send a second message to the recipients.
 
 - The SPC (PPMS) alert message is displayed as a notification on the recipients' screens.
