Can recurring events be entered?
Yes. Draft a new event on the grid; in the pop-up window, click on the button Define the periodicity. Numerous configuration options are available (daily/weekly/monthly periodicity, vacations and holidays not are taken into account, etc.).
- In the window New event, click on the button Define the periodicity.
- Set the event times, or tick the box Not scheduled.
- Determine a periodicity:
- daily,
- weekly,
- or monthly.
- daily,
- Determine the period during which the event will take place, then click on Validate.
All days of the week are taken into account in the calculation, but non-working days (above, Wednesday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday) do not give rise to the creation of an event; if you tick the option Except vacations and public holidays, the corresponding days are not taken into account either.
A recurring event can be modified/deleted in its entirety, or by session: select a session, right-click, select Modify or Delete, then the wanted option in the pop-up window.
