PRONOTE - How to use the survey templates for self-evaluation on school bullying?

Step 1: Download and import the survey template into PRONOTE

Go to the page PRONOTE - Help with the self-evaluation on bullying and download the template (school, middle school, high school) that suits your institution.
In PRONOTE, go to the display Communication > Info/surveys > Information and surveys.
In the folder Survey templates, click on the button Import then select the file.
The survey template is added to the list.

In the folder Distributed, click on the button New survey: a window Conduct a survey appears.
Designate the classes concerned by the survey by clicking on the button then tick Students as recipients.
Click on the button Recover a template, select the survey recovered in the previous step, then validate.
The configuration and content of the survey are automatically pre-filled.
Make sure the tick Anonymous survey is selected.
Tick the box Publish and enter the beginning and ending publication dates by double-clicking on the calendars.
Click on Publish.
Students are notified on their Webspace and on the mobile application on the date of publication.

You can copy the survey results into a spreadsheet for further analysis.

Open the panel Returns located on the right of the screen when the survey is selected in the list.
Verify that all questions on the left are ticked in order to be included in the results.
To the right of the list, click on the button and select Copy on the clipboard.
Open your spreadsheet and paste the results with the shortcut Ctrl + V.
