How can I recover my surveys from one year to the next?
Only the survey templates can be kept from one year to the next.
To retain the surveys distributed during the year, convert them into survey templates.
Conversion of surveys at year-end
- Go to the display Communication > Info/surveys >
Information and surveys. - In the folder Distributed, select all the surveys to be converted, right-click and select Create a template.
- All surveys have been copied to the folder Survey templates; select them again, right-click and click on Safeguard the selected survey templates in a file.
If you forgot to perform this operation at the end of June, and your new base has already been activated, connect temporarily to the base N-1 to make these modifications. Then reconnect to the current year's base to recover your data (see below).
Recovery of surveys at the beginning of the year
- Go to the display Communication > Info/surveys > Information and surveys.
- >In the folder Survey templates, click on the button Import then select the folder .zip generated in the previous year.
