How do I create a survey template?
If you regularly send out surveys with similar content, create a survey template: all you have to do is edit the parts that vary from one mailing to the next.
- Go to the display Communication > Info/surveys >
Information and surveys.
- Select the folder Survey templates and in the pane on the left of the screen.
- Click on the button New template: a window Create the template appears.
- Write the content for the survey, then click on the button Create the template: the template is added to the list.
- To use a survey template, go to the folder Distributed, click on New survey then load the contents of the template by clicking on Recover a template.
