How can I recover my information from one year to the next?
Only the information templates can be kept from one year to the next.
To keep track of the information distributed during the year, convert it into information templates:
Conversion of information at year-end
- Go to the display Communication > Info/surveys >
Information and surveys. - In the folder Distributed, select all the information to be converted, right-click and select Create a template.
- All information has been copied to the folder Information Templates; select it again, right-click and click on Safeguard the selected information templates in a file.
If you forgot to do this at the end of June, and your new base is already up and running, connect temporarily to the N-1 base to make these modifications. Then reconnect to the current year's database to recover your data (see below).
Recovery of information templates at the start of the academic year
- Go to the display Communication > Info/surveys > Information and surveys.
- In the folder Information templates, click on Import, then slect the folder .zip generated in the previous year.
