I've activated the disconnection of my e-mail outside of working hours, but I've received an important message and would like to read it right away. How do I do this?

When the disconnection of your messaging service is activated, you have to wait until the end of the defined period to recover your messages. To get around this constraint, you can force them to be received:

Go to the display Communication > Discussions > Discussions.
Click on Recover unreceived messages.
If messages are recovered, they are displayed in the folder In progress.
