How can I recover my discussions from one year to the next?
To keep a discussion from one year to the next, you must archive it before the end of the academic year. Only archived discussions can be re-imported into the new base at the start of the next academic year.
Archive the discussions at the end of the year:
- Go to the display Communication > Discussions >
Discussions. - Select the discussion, then click on the button Archive.
- The archived discussion is stored in the folder Archives, in the panel on the left of the screen.
Recovery of discussions at the beginning of the academic year:
- Go to Imports/Exports > PRONOTE > Recover my archived discussions from a previous year.
- Select the concerned year in the pop-up window, tick the box and click on Validate.
