Configure the disconnection of your messaging service outside working hours
If the right to disconnect is imposed for students, it is on the other hand left free for teachers, staff and guardians. They can deactivate their messaging on the time slots of their choice: this configuration concerns both the use of discussions, information and surveys. Messages that would have been sent to them during the defined days and time slots will appear among the discussions In progress, when the disconnection period has ended.- Go to the menu My preferences > Communication > Messaging service.
- In the frame Right to disconnect, select all the messages information and surveys or only the messages from guardians and students.
- Choose the days for the deactivation. Tick the concerned days and optionally, define a time range.
- For working days, tick the relevant days and define a time range if required.
- Finally, if needed, activate the automatic reply feature and personalize the content of the message to be sent.
