  • How to display a discussion in a separate window

While composing your message, or if you're waiting for a quick reply, for example, you can display your conversation in a separate window and continue browsing other pages freely.

  1. Go to the display Communication > Discussions > Discussions.
  2. Select the discussion, right-click and choose Isolate in a window.



  3. You can then keep the discussion on the screen while switching displays.
