How do I authorize users to use the SMS service?
For the administrative users
Go to the menu File > User administration. Select the user group, then, in the category Communication, tick Communicate with the students > Sending of SMS and/or Communicate with the guardians > Sending of SMS and/or Communicate with the teachers > Sending of SMS and/or Communicate with the staff > Sending of SMS.
For the teachers
Go to the display Resources > Teachers > 
Authorization profiles. Select the profile, then in the category Communication, tick Send the SMS to the students' guardians.
