How do I search for a phone number?
To verify the presence of a telephone number in your base, you need to consult the various lists of users in PRONOTE.
- Go to the following displays:
- for the teachers, staff and students: Resources > Teachers/Staff/ Students >
List, - for the guardians: Resources > Guardians >
Information form, - for the internship counselors: Internships > Counselors > List.
- for the teachers, staff and students: Resources > Teachers/Staff/ Students >
- Click on the magnifying glass tool
at the top of the list, and enter the phone number you're looking for, respecting the spaces between the digits.
If the column Cellphone is not displayed, click on the wrench
at the top right of the list to display it. - If necessary, the corresponding line is displayed.
Caution, if you modify telephone numbers in your base, remember to correct these numbers in your national application databases (SIECLE, STSWEB, etc.) and any other ancillary bases, to avoid overwriting the numbers entered in PRONOTE during an import.
