  • How do you know which users don't have a cellphone number?

  1. Go to one of the following displays:
    • Resources > Teachers/Students/Staff > List,
    • Resources > Guardians > Information form,
    • Internships > Internship counselors > List.
  2. The column Cellphone (for teachers, staff, guardians, and internship counselors)/Phone (SMS) (for students) indicates the number entered for the user. If you don't see this column, click the button Personnaliser les listes at the top right of the list to display it.
  3. Sort the list by clicking at the top of the column Cellphone/Phone (SMS) to quickly view the people whose phone numbers haven't been entered.
