How do you send a single SMS when both parents live at the same address?
- Go to the display Resources > Guardians >
Information form. - In the menu Edit, select Reset all the recipients > SMS.

Click on Yes: PRONOTE un-ticks the option SMS in the contact preferences of each second guardian if he/she lives at the same address as the first. This means that parents living at different addresses will each continue to receive a SMS, but only one SMS will be sent when the home address is the same (sent to the first contact).
