Send SMS
To send SMS from PRONOTE, you need to register with Index Education's sales department. If you also have EDT software, you can register for the service for both applications at the same time.
- Once you have validated your registration, verify that the RNE of your institution is correctly entered in the menu Parameters > Institution > Identity.
- Go to a display containing a list of resources, then select the recipients.
- Click on the button
in the tool bar: a window Editing and sending of SMS appears. - Select an SMS template from the list on the left and modify it if necessary, or create a new SMS template by clicking on the corresponding command. To insert variables, click on the button Insert.
- Click on Send, or on Save and send if you want to keep the changes you've made to the SMS template.
The telephone number displayed on the recipient's phone cannot be modified and depends on the operator. If you want users to be able to call back the institution, insert the number in the body of the SMS.
