  How do I save e-mail templates?

Click on the button located in the toolbar at the top left of your screen: write the e-mail in the window, click on New in the list on the left, give the model a designation, then validate with the key Enter on your keyboard. You can send the e-mail directly or close the window. To use the template, reopen the window Sending of an e-mail then select the saved template from the list.
