  • Create a mailing list

Creating mailing lists allows quick communication with a set of contacts. The created mailing lists are common to the different menus that offer them (Discussions, Information & surveys).
  1. Go to the menu Communication > Mailing lists.
  2. Click on the button New list.
  3. In the pop-up window, enter a designation, then click on the button Validate.



  4. Select the newly created mailing list, then on the right click on the button Add ....



  5. In the pop-up window, select the type of resources concerned (Students, Guardians, Internship counselors, Teachers, Staff, Pedagogical inspectors), then designate them in the proposed list. Click on the button Validate.



  6. You can deploy the list of people listed in the mailing list.



  7. By default, the mailing list is usable only by its creator. If you want to share the list with other users, click on the button Partager.
