Create a mailing list
Creating mailing lists allows quick communication with a set of contacts. The created mailing lists are common to the different menus that offer them (Discussions, Information & surveys).
- Go to the menu Communication > Mailing lists.
- Click on the button New list.
- In the pop-up window, enter a designation, then click on the button Validate.
- Select the newly created mailing list, then on the right click on the button Add ....
- In the pop-up window, select the type of resources concerned (Students, Guardians, Internship counselors, Teachers, Staff, Pedagogical inspectors), then designate them in the proposed list. Click on the button Validate.
- You can deploy the list of people listed in the mailing list.
- By default, the mailing list is usable only by its creator. If you want to share the list with other users, click on the button
