  A member of the polling station has lost his password or username to connect to the election platform. What to do?

If he/she doesn't remember his/her password: he can use the feature Forgotten password.

If he/she doesn't remember his/her username: he/she can already try the default one (e-mail address entered in PRONOTE) or must ask another member of the polling station who will be able to find this information on the election platform.
